LocatorHub ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Guest Card mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not collect or store your personal information on our servers. All data is stored locally on your device.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

When you use the App, you may provide the following information, which is stored only on your device:

  • Agent Information: Name, phone number, email address
  • Occupant Information: Name, phone number, email address, move-in date
  • Property Information: Location name, location email, beds, baths, price range, lease duration, pet information
  • Images: Company logo and optional profile photo
  • Address Book: Saved locations and email addresses

2.2 Information from Third-Party Services

If you choose to sign in with Google:

  • Google Account Information: Name, email address, and profile picture
  • Gmail Access: If you grant permission, we use the Gmail API to send emails on your behalf

Note: Google Sign-In is optional. You can use the App without signing in with Google by using Apple Mail or other email apps.

2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect:

  • Analytics or usage data
  • Device identifiers
  • Location data
  • Crash reports or diagnostics
  • Any data transmitted to our servers

3. How We Use Your Information

All information is processed locally on your device for the following purposes:

  • PDF Generation: To create professional guest card PDFs with your provided information
  • Email Sending: To send guest cards via Apple Mail, Gmail, or other email applications
  • Form Auto-Fill: To save your frequently used information for faster guest card creation
  • Address Book: To store and retrieve saved locations and emails

4. How We Store Your Information

All data is stored locally on your device using:

  • UserDefaults: For app preferences and saved form data
  • iOS Keychain: For securely storing OAuth tokens (if you use Google Sign-In)
  • Temporary Files: PDF files are temporarily stored in your device's temporary directory

We do not have access to your data. We do not store any data on our servers.

5. Third-Party Services

5.1 Google Sign-In and Gmail API

If you choose to sign in with Google, we use:

  • Google Sign-In SDK: To authenticate your Google account
  • Gmail API: To send emails on your behalf (only if you grant permission)

How we use Gmail API:

  • We use the Gmail API only to send guest card emails when you explicitly click the "Send via Gmail" option
  • We do not read, store, or modify your existing emails
  • We do not access your email contacts
  • We do not share your Gmail data with any third parties
  • Your OAuth token is stored securely in iOS Keychain and never transmitted to our servers

Google's use of information received from Gmail APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5.2 Apple Mail

If you use Apple Mail to send guest cards, the App uses iOS's native mail composer (MFMailComposeViewController), which operates entirely on your device.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties because:

  • We do not collect your data on our servers
  • All data remains on your device
  • We have no access to your personal information

The only data sharing that occurs is when you choose to:

  • Send an email with a guest card PDF (data is sent directly from your device to the recipient)
  • Share a PDF through other apps (data is shared directly with the app you choose)

7. Data Security

We implement security measures to protect your information:

  • Local Storage: All data is stored on your device using iOS's secure storage mechanisms
  • Keychain: Sensitive tokens are stored in iOS Keychain with encryption
  • No Cloud Storage: We do not sync or backup your data to any cloud services
  • HTTPS: All communications with Google APIs use HTTPS encryption

However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we use commercially acceptable means to protect your data on your device, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Data Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

  • Access: All your data is stored on your device and accessible through the App
  • Deletion: You can delete your data by:
    • Signing out of Google (removes OAuth token)
    • Clearing saved locations in the Address Book
    • Deleting the App (removes all local data)
  • Export: You can export your data by generating and saving guest card PDFs
  • Revoke Permissions: You can revoke Google Sign-In access at Google Account Permissions

9. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:

  • Posting the new Privacy Policy on this page
  • Updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy
  • Sending you a notification through the App (if significant changes occur)

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.

11. International Users

This App is designed for use in the United States. If you are accessing the App from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located and our central database is operated.

12. California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

  • Right to Know: We do not collect personal information on our servers
  • Right to Delete: You can delete your local data by deleting the App
  • Right to Opt-Out: We do not sell personal information
